Sendak's books really capture something about being a young boy. I can't imagine that my parents didn't even know about Wild Things when I was E.'s age. Sendak’s books really capture something about being a young boy. I can’t imagine that my parents didn’t even know about Wild Things when I was E.’s age. I tried to read him the second Oz book from a Gutenberg download on my laptop, but he was having none of it.
