Happy Birthday, Happy Birthday to me
I thought I’d share that. And this, which I just ordered as my bday present to myself:
A small wallet from Saddleback Leather Co. It’s got a 100 year warranty. Their stuff looks pretty awesome, though I don’t think I’ll be dropping $300 for the satchel – much as I’d like to – anytime soon.
My other birthday present will be this, in about a week and a half. But you probably could have guessed that.

Belated happy birthday, B. You popped up as a reminder to me the other day, but I couldn’t decide whether it was a “bullshit birthday” that I got from FB, LinkedIn or some such.
As a for instance, if you ever get the impression my birthday is Jan 1, 1980, reminded of that from some social networking profile of mine, just stifle yourself.

Oh, and let me know if you end up liking the Saddleback wallet – their site looks interesting, and I’m tired of my credit cards all developing cracks in them a year before they’re to be replaced.
